Terms of Use

Effective 8 August 2026

These terms govern your use of orbitsoc.com and orbitsoc.ai. They do not govern use of the OrbitSOC platform — that is your written agreement with us, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

Use of the sites

The sites are provided for informational purposes. Do not use them unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt availability, scrape at a volume that degrades service, or probe our infrastructure without written authorisation.

Security researchers: see the coordinated disclosure policy on our Trust & Security page. We welcome good-faith testing conducted under it.

Intellectual property

The sites and their contents are owned by OrbitSOC, Inc. or its licensors. "OrbitSOC" and our logo are our trademarks. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

No warranty

The sites and their content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Product descriptions, architectural diagrams, roadmap statements and illustrative material are provided for information only and are not commitments, specifications or performance guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitSOC, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the sites after an update means you accept the revised version.
